We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handling bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP) & accounts receivable (AR)
Maintaining general ledger & bank reconciliation
Managing invoice processing, billing & payment follow-ups
Preparing MIS reports & financial data entry
Assisting in GST filing, TDS & statutory compliance
Supporting audit & documentation work
🔹 Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Basic understanding of GST, TDS & accounting principles
Good in data entry, record keeping & vendor coordination
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
🔹 Experience:
1–3 years preferred (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
