Job Title: Accountant cum Office Assistant

About the Role:
Looking for an Accountant cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and office coordination, along with managing our B2B lead platforms.

Responsibilities:

Handle Tally entries — billing, invoicing, purchase & sales entries
Manage day-to-day accounts (payments, receipts, bank entries)
Handle leads & queries on IndiaMART, JustDial & similar platforms
Coordinate office admin work — filing, documentation, courier, vendor calls
Assist in follow-ups with clients and vendors
Maintain basic records/reports in Excel

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Tally (billing & accounts)
Familiarity with IndiaMART/JustDial preferred
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Ability to multitask and handle office coordination
