Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with routine accounting and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in maintaining purchase and sales records.
Record expenses and verify supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and accounting-related queries.
Assist the senior accountant in monthly closing and preparation of reports.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting data.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software
Must have good hands-on experience of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Candidates with real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.
