Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely processing of accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Book keeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records, including journals, invoices, and expense tracking.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments and client invoices, following up on outstanding payments.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.
Month-end Closing: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Tax Compliance: Prepare (GST) and assist with statutory filings.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
