About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong foundation in core accounting and

statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be

preferred, given the depth of exposure to various accounting and tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Reconciliations

● Daily preparation and issue of sales invoices

● Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring alignment with books

● Tracking and reconciling TDS receivable from clients

Taxation & Compliance

● TDS working, calculation, and return filing

● GST working, monthly reconciliation, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

● Computation and payment of Advance Tax

● Handling Professional Tax (PT), PTEC, and PTRC filings and payments

Payroll Processing

● Preparing monthly salary working in coordination with HR

● Processing payroll and ensuring timely disbursements

● Computing salary TDS and ensuring accurate deductions and filings

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

● 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.

● Prior experience in a CA firm is strongly preferred.

● Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/tax software.

● Solid understanding of Indian tax laws (TDS, GST, PT, Advance Tax, etc.).

● Strong attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to deadlines.
