Job Profile: Accounts Executive / Accounting Assistant (CA Office)
Job Location:
Surat, Gujarat
Qualification Required:
· B.Com / M.Com / BBA
· Knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation
Experience:
· Fresher to 2 years (as per requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Maintain books of accounts in Tally / Tally Prime
· Record day-to-day transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts)
· Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
· Ledger scrutiny and finalization support
GST Work
· GST return preparation & filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
· GST data entry and invoice checking
· Handling GST notices & replies (basic level)
Income Tax Work
· Preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR) – Individual, Firm, Company
· TDS workings and return filing (24Q, 26Q)
· Handling Form 16 / Form 16A
· Basic knowledge of tax audit assistance
Compliance & Documentation
· Maintain client records and statutory documents
· Support in audit files, balance sheets & reports
· Coordination with clients for data collection
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in Tally, Excel, GST portal, Income Tax portal
· Basic knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act & GST Act
· Good communication & client-handling skills
· Accuracy, confidentiality & time management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Experience working in CA Firm / Tax Consultancy
· Knowledge of ROC compliance is an added advantage
· Willing to learn & handle multiple clients
Salary:
· ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depends on experience & skills)
Only for Girls Candidate part time job is allowed for 6 Hours
