Qualification: B.Com, M.Com & MBA

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records of the company, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.

• Reconciling all bank statements, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented

• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and make sure the Fee collection is on time.

• Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and make payments on time.

• Timely filing of Statutory compliance like TDS, GST

• Conducting Regular Audit and Reviews within the team.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, auditing related documents, assist in resolving audit findings,

and ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.

• Preparation and submission of Budget on time to the Management.

• Prepare and submit to management a monthly MIS on P&L, Receivables, Payables etc.,

• Must collaborate with other departments such as School admin and human resources to gather financial

Information, resolve discrepancies, and support overall business objectives.

• Update Receipts, Payments and Journals on day to day.

• Ensuring accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.

• Physical Cash Verification.

• Any other work allotted by the HOD
