About the Role

Third Rock Realty is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry, with a good understanding of accounting processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments and expense entries.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.

• Track customer payments, outstanding amounts and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.

• Coordinate with management, vendors, clients and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.

• Support the management with accounting reports and financial data whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.

• Real estate industry experience is preferred/required.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation will be an advantage.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Should be responsible, organized and able to work independently.

Working Days & Timings

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
