Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, sales ledger, and purchase ledger.
Process sales and purchase invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform credit control activities.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist with VAT returns, tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Support payroll administration and collaborate with other departments to resolve billing queries.
Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and assist with audits.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
