🎯 Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing daily financial activities and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Record daily transactions (AP, AR, journal entries)

✔️ Maintain and update financial records & general ledger

✔️ Perform bank and account reconciliations

✔️ Handle expense reports and track company expenses

✔️ Assist in financial reporting and audits

✔️ Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

✔️ Support the accounts team with administrative tasks

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

Experience

4–8 years of experience in accounting or a related role

Internship experience may be considered

CA firm experience preferred

✨ Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices

✨ Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel

✨ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
