Accounts & Finance Executive
Company: ABS Technoshield India Private Limited
Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
ABS Technoshield India Private Limited is an upcoming automotive electroplating company specializing in ABS Plastic Plating (POP) solutions for OEM and Tier-1 customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to support our growing manufacturing operations and project setup activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and profitability analysis.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances.
Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, disbursements, and financial reporting.
Maintain fixed asset registers, project expenditure records, and inventory accounting.
Support audits, taxation matters, and compliance related to PF, ESIC, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and vendor reconciliations.
Ensure secure maintenance, confidentiality, and backup of financial records.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Experience: 2–6+ years in Accounting & Finance, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
Experience in manufacturing accounting, project accounting, or inventory management will be preferred.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
