Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Handle accounts-related documentation and transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Manage GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounts in Tally.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.COM/M.COM or Equivalent degree
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and GST is mandatory.
- Basic Knowledge of PF and ESI Calculation, Deductions and compliance
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
