Job Description – Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related compliance.
Maintain petty cash records and daily cash transactions.
Maintain accounting records and perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and purchase/sales records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Practical knowledge of Tally.
Hands-on experience in GST return filing, especially GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Working knowledge of TDS return filing and compliance.
Experience in petty cash handling and accounting documentation.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate with practical experience in GST and TDS return filing, Tally operations, and day-to-day accounting activities.
