Accounts Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Rudralife Services Private Limited. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP systems
Maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Contra, and Journal entries
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
Handle vendor bills and customer invoices
Assist in GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation
Assist in TDS calculation and compliance
Maintain cash book, ledger, and accounting records
Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Assist in monthly closing and reporting
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of GST and TDS
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
Accuracy in accounting entries
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Qualification:
B.Com preferred
Additional accounting certification will be an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in accounts
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
