We are looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in the real estate sector to manage financial operations, track collections, handle reconciliations, and support project-based financial planning.
Manage daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank entries
Track customer collections, outstanding payments, and aging reports
Coordinate with Sales & CRM teams for booking-related financial records
Maintain project-wise financial tracking (collections, costs, revenue)
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and monthly statements
Handle bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
Support invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Assist in budget planning and expense monitoring for projects
Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance related to finance
Maintain proper documentation and audit records
Work closely with auditors and internal stakeholders
2–3.5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of accounts, banking, GST, and taxation basics
Experience with real estate collections, booking accounts, and customer payment tracking
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification
Experience handling real estate project accounts
Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes is a plus
