About the Role:
Humanify Technologies is on the lookout for a smart, hands-on Accounts & Finance professional who can independently manage the core F&A functions of a growing tech startup. This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with founders, thrives in small teams, and is looking to build solid accounting foundations while gaining exposure to fundraising and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Payable and ensure timely vendor payments

Manage and maintain books in Tally

Prepare and analyze MIS reports

Track and manage founder expenses and reimbursements

Support in setting up accounting processes and internal controls

Assist founder in fundraising-related documentation and financial planning

Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and auditors as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in a startup or small accounts team (1–2 member setup)

Comfortable working independently and directly with founders

Strong foundation in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting

Exposure to vendor management, expense tracking, and MIS

Experience in handling multi-functional tasks in a fast-paced environment

Educational Background: Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or related field
