Position: Accounts Executive
Location: New Delhi / NCR
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST returns, and financial accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / accounting software

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Maintain ledger accounts and financial records

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns

• Handle TDS calculation and returns

• Maintain compliance with tax and statutory requirements

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports

• Maintain invoices, vouchers, and documentation

• Support audits and financial reviews

Required Skills

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• GST Return Filing

• TDS Calculation

• Bank Reconciliation

• MS Excel

• Basic Accounting Knowledge

Education

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting related degree preferred

Preferred Candidate

• 6 months to 3 years experience in accounting

• Experience in real estate / corporate accounts preferred

• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
