1. Financial Accounting

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices and payments
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts

3. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Generate MIS reports for management review

4. Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings (India-specific)
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Assist during audits (internal & external)

5. Payroll Processing

Manage employee payroll and deductions
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

6. Audit & Internal Controls

Support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation for audit trails
Implement and monitor financial controls

7. Banking & Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flow and bank balances
Handle banking transactions and reconciliations

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP basics)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills
