Job Title: Executive – Accounts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and audit-related activities. The role requires strong expertise in taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation, along with the ability to support the senior accounts team in maintaining accurate and compliant financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Operations:

• Maintain and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis

• Prepare and update balance sheets, ensuring accurate cost allocation

• Manage invoicing, billing processes, and record all financial transactions

• Support the senior accounts team in daily accounting activities

2. Taxation:

• Handle TDS-related activities including deductions and return filing

• Manage GST processes including input tax credit and filings

• Issue Form 16 and ensure accurate tax documentation

• Stay updated on applicable taxation norms and practices

3. Auditing & Reconciliation:

• Conduct audits of monthly salary records and full & final settlements

• Perform reconciliation of debtors and creditors (party reconciliation)

• Audit advertisement expenses and ensure accurate accounting

• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

4. Operational & Coordination Activities:

• Manage issuance and collection of statutory forms (e.g., Form C)

• Ensure daily billing emails are sent to clients/parties

• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables

• Verify and process advertisement bills in accounting records

• Review and validate transport invoices

5. Inventory & Stock Audit:
