🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense entries.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain and update financial records in Excel and accounting software.
- Assist in preparing payment statements and outstanding reports.
- Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, payments, and other accounting-related matters.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
🔹 Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally or similar).
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
