Job Title: Accounts Executive (Restaurant Industry)
Experience: 4+ Years in Accounting/Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting, including recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, ensuring accurate entries in the General Ledger.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle vendor payments, customer billing, and follow-ups, reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
Sales & Inventory: Oversee daily sales collection reconciliation, track inventory costs, and manage supplier accounts.
Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile key accounts (vendors, customers, inter-company).
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the restaurant.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems (e.g., Tally ERP, POS integration).
