Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support smooth financial operations of the company. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic compliance work.
Key Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase entries
Bank reconciliation and maintaining cash flow records
Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinating with vendors and clients regarding payments
Maintaining proper accounting documents and records
Preparing MIS reports and expense statements
Supporting audit and taxation-related work
Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-ups
Assisting management with financial data and reporting
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
Good command over MS Excel and Tally
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Time management and organizational skills
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
Preferred Experience
Experience in GST filing and TDS working
Knowledge of billing and vendor management
Experience in handling accounting software
