We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, GST, e-TDS/TDS, bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank accounts, managing receivables and payables, tracking inventory, coordinating with bankers, auditors, and vendors, and ensuring timely compliance with all financial and tax regulations. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, capable of preparing MIS reports, handling journal entries, ledger reconciliation, invoicing, cash flow management, payroll support, and assisting with audits and financial planning. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential.
