We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at at Kavee Aircon. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Summary: The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations,

Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking Process accounts payable and follow up on accounts receivable Review daily financial transactions in Tally/ERP systems Verify and process invoices, journal entries and reconciliations Perform bank reconciliations, ledger matching, and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, stores, sales, etc.) Follow up with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments Resolve vendor billing issues and track customer payments Prepare and share financial reports and dashboards (revenue, expenses, variance) TDS Payments & Filings GST Returns Monitor daily cash flow and assist in cash flow forecasting Support budgeting activities and ensure alignment with business goals
