Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure statutory compliance and timely closure of monthly and quarterly accounts
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting
Manage GST compliance: filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and coordination with consultants.
Support audits (statutory, internal, donor/project audits) and respond to queries.
