Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive (Tally Expert)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage books of accounts using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) 

· Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations

· Prepare and maintain financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

· Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

· Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances

· Assist in audits (internal and external) and provide necessary documentation

· Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review

· Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions

· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com Preferred)

· Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP (must-have) 

· Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in handling end-to-end accounting

· Knowledge of payroll processing

· Familiarity with audit processes
