Job Description:
Heartrate Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Accountant & Finance Executive to handle daily accounting, finance operations, documentation and audit-related tasks. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Auditor license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, payments and receipts.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, cash book and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Prepare invoices, update financial data and support in monthly closing.
• Handle GST, TDS and basic statutory work with proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and track pending payments.
• Maintain petty cash, handle expense tracking and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in financial reports, MIS support and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and auditors for timely submissions.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents, vouchers and statements.

Mandatory Requirement:
• Valid Auditor License.

Important Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good command on Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Ability to manage invoices, vouchers, ledger entries and journal entries.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations and basic compliances.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with formulas and data sheets.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and disciplined work approach.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude, confidentiality and integrity in finance tasks.

Experience:
• Fresher and experienced both can apply.
• Experience will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
