We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at Book Mark Office Automation. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 40,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Operations

1. Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Prepare and issue accurate invoices.

o Follow up with customers for collections.

o Generate AR aging reports and manage credit control.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

o Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

o Perform 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies.

o Maintain vendor ledgers and reconciliations.

3. Banking & Treasury

o Handle daily bank transactions and reconciliations.

o Monitor and project cash flow.

o Execute fund transfers and maintain liquidity.

4. Revenue Recognition

o Prepare deferred revenue schedules.

o Ensure revenue is recognized accurately as per standards.

5. Reconciliations

o Perform monthly GL, bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

o Investigate and resolve mismatches.

6. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

o Calculate and pay TDS, and file quarterly TDS returns.

o Handle GST filings (monthly, quarterly, annual) and reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs

GSTR-3B).

o Support annual income tax return filings for entities and individuals.

7. Reporting & MIS

o Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and other reports.

o Conduct variance analysis and support decision-making.

8. Fixed Asset Management

o Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.

o Ensure capitalization and disposals are recorded accurately.

9. ERP & Financial Systems

o Work with Tally ERP 9, Winman, and other accounting tools.

o Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in financial systems.

10. Internal Controls & Compliance

o Maintain strong financial controls and documentation.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
