Avinashi Ads is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime. Candidates with prior experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Record financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain and manage client accounts and ensure timely communication.
Generate financial reports and support audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting.
Experience working in a CA firm is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
Good understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.
