As an Analyst in Transfer Pricing, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary tax team to support clients on transfer pricing documentation, economic analysis, and compliance matters in line with Indian regulations and OECD guidelines. The role provides exposure to cross-border transactions, benchmarking studies, and transfer pricing audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File and supporting schedules)

• Conduct economic and comparability analyses using commercial databases

• Support in selection and application of transfer pricing methods (TNMM, CPM, CUP, etc.)

• Perform benchmarking studies, margin computations, and financial analysis

• Assist in drafting TP reports, technical notes, and client deliverables

• Support teams during TP assessments, audits, and litigation proceedings

• Conduct industry, functional, and risk analysis for various business models

• Collaborate with engagement teams to meet quality standards and timelines

Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• High level of attention to detail and professional skepticism

Qualifications

• B.Com / CA Intern

• Certification or coursework in Transfer Pricing / International Tax preferred

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant experience

• Internship or article-ship exposure in Transfer Pricing / Tax / Finance is an advantage
