Position : Admin Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: Water Treatment & Waste Management
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on customer collections.
Maintain financial records, petty cash books, and ledgers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Support general administrative and facility-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in Administration, Accounts, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with bookkeeping, petty cash management, and office documentation.
