The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities
Billing and Invoicing: Generating, sending, and tracking tax invoices and client payments.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing purchase bills, managing vendor communications, and reconciling bank accounts.
Expense Tracking: Handling expense vouchers, reimbursements, and financial reports.
Data Entry and Records: Maintaining accurate financial databases, spreadsheets, and digital or paper records.
Administrative Support: Assisting with payroll, assisting with month-end/year-end closing procedures, and coordinating with accountants.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial policies, regulations, and tax filing requirements.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
