We are looking for a motivated Accountant (Fresher) with basic knowledge of billing, stock management, and supply coordination. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process billing/invoices accurately
Maintain records of sales and purchase bills
Assist in stock management and inventory tracking
Coordinate with vendors for supply entries and documentation
Update daily accounting data and records
Assist in basic accounting activities and reporting
Support senior accounts staff in day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of accounts and finance concepts
Knowledge of billing procedures
Basic exposure to stock/inventory management
Familiarity with purchase and supply records
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Tally knowledge is a plus
