Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Accounts Admin to manage daily accounting and office administration work. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be able to maintain records, invoices, and financial reports.
Freshers with accounting knowledge are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
Maintain accounts in Tally / accounting software.
Handle GST billing, e-way bills, and basic tax records.
Track payments, follow up with customers for pending payments.
Manage supplier bills and payment schedules.
Maintain stock and expense records.
Prepare daily / monthly reports.
Support HR admin tasks like attendance, salary records, and documents.
Maintain office files and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for billing details.
Job Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Accounting Diploma / Tally Course.
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply).
Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word, Email.
Basic GST knowledge preferred.
Good communication and organization skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Honest and responsible attitude.
Salary & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
