Role: Accounts-Admin (Male Only)
Experience: 0.6+ years
Location: DaryaGanj, Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Selection Process: 1 Round of Interview(F2F Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Account-Admin Executive who owns a bike. The candidate will be responsible for daily bank visits, cheque deposits, courier handling, and providing administrative support to the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily visits to banks for cheque deposit, withdrawal, and other banking tasks
Handling and managing courier dispatch & collection
Assisting the accounts team with documentation and filing
Collecting and submitting important financial documents
Maintaining records of bank transactions and courier details
Supporting administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounts Department
Ensuring timely completion of assigned outdoor and office tasks

Required Qualifications:

Must own a bike with a valid driving license
Basic understanding of banking procedures, Finance, Accounts, TDS, GST, Taxation
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Good communication skills
Previous experience in accounts/admin role will be preferred
