Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Admin Executive to manage financial records, handle daily accounting tasks, and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing (GST, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations and documentation
Maintain files, records, and databases
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Monitor office supplies and vendor management
Support HR tasks like attendance and payroll coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in administrative roles
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of HR processes
