Accounts & Admin Executive – Bank of Baroda BC Point

Location: Faridabad
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 6 months–1 year preferred, especially from a CA firm
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month + incentives up to ₹5,000

Job Description

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts for the complete group, including M-Cube Placements and allied businesses.

• Handle accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and basic financial records.

• Assist in preparing accounts and Balance Sheet/P&L up to the level required for ITR filing.

• Assist with individual ITR-related documentation and filing.

• Manage administrative and documentation work at the Bank of Baroda BC Point.

• Coordinate with CA/accounting professionals whenever required.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate with good practical knowledge of accounting.

• 6 months–1 year experience in bookkeeping/accounts, preferably with a CA firm.

• Good working knowledge of Tally/accounting software and MS Excel.

• Good command of English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

• Presentable, well-mannered and confident in dealing with customers and visitors.

• Good computer skills and attention to detail.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation: ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000/month.
