About the Role:-

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support our UK-based clients across the Taxi & Private Hire, Automotive, and Property Management industries. The role involves managing client relationships, providing day-to-day business support, handling billing and invoicing queries, and ensuring timely resolution of operational requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UK clients and serve as their primary point of contact.

• Provide support via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment-related queries.

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.

• Assist clients with ad hoc operational and administrative requests.

• Maintain accurate client records and support documentation.

• Ensure timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
