Job Description:
An accountant’s primary role is to keep records of all incoming and outgoing transactions and to ensure that each transaction corresponds to the correct account. We are looking for a person to manage the front desk as well daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with filing and other clerical tasks.
· May assist with data entry, photocopying, or other administrative tasks.
· Process bills and help clients or customers with any questions about their charges.
· Organize files for billing, customer, and client records, etc.
· Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure.
· Manage the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and oversee the software system for financial needs
· Maintain the privacy of financial information and, when necessary, back up databases
· Making and evaluate the organisation’s year-end financial accounts
Qualification
· Any graduate

· 09:00 to 6:00
