Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative, accounting, and basic HR functions. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Finance:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (receipts, payments, vouchers).
Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS.
2. Administrative Functions:
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
Oversee facility management and general office upkeep.
Assist in travel arrangements and office logistics.
3. Basic HR Activities:
Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Handle employee joining & exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Assist in payroll coordination.
4. Follow-ups & Coordination:
Follow up with clients/vendors for payments and documentation.
Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Excel).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HR and admin processes is a plus.
