Job Responsibilities:
● To ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
● To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures.
● To maintain historical records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
● To complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
● To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● To assist in HR related activities.
● To make Proposals, Invoices & do payment follow ups.
● To maintain uptodate Accounting entries.
● To coordinate with Chartered Accountants & other Tax consultants for any reports
● To prepare & submit reports required in time for filing GST & Income tax returns.
● To assist in Finalisation of Balance Sheet.
● To liaise with BMC & other Government departments for any licenses or permissions.
Key Skills/Requirements:
● Expert in Tally & MS Excel.
● Graduation is compulsory.
● Self starter & self motivated.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)
● Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously.
● The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.
Qualification:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a Commerce Graduate & be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Working Hrs. 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. [Monday - Friday and Alternate Saturdays]
