Account Assistant / Tally Executive
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
-Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Contra entries
-Prepare and maintain Ledgers, Cash Book, Bank Book
-Perform Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation
-Assist in preparing GST workings, TDS calculations, Income tax computation
-Manage petty cash, expense entries,
-Maintain proper filing of all financial documents
-Coordinate with clients for account-related information
-Assisting and internal and statutory audits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as Account Assistant / Tally Executive
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Good understanding of Accounting Principles
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and data management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
