JOB TITLE: A Finance and Accounts Manager.
1. Key Responsibilities: oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and adherence to financial regulations, while also managing budgets, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisionmaking 1. Support to associates in daily accounting operations.
2. 2. Direct involvement in bills payable activities.
3. 3. Direct involvement in bills receivable activities.
4. 4. Liaoning with banks & other external entities.
5. 5. Lead & support audit related to bank/sales/purchase/& expenses.
6. 6. Reconciliations of vendor & customer accounts.
7. 7. Support/Direct involvement of GST & tax payment monthly.
8. 8. Manage GST reconciliation processes for sales, purchases, IGST, SGST, and CGST.
9. 9. Support the Chartered Accountant (CA) by preparing required documents, reports, book balancing, and finalization of accounts with associates.
10. 10. Support/Direct involvement in import payments & documentations.
11. 11. Support to associates in TDS working, tax validating & payments.
12. 12. Having on hands experience in 8-10 people team handling with their reporting system.
13. 13. Good IQ level. Age: Preference 40 plus years Qualifications & Skills: · CA / CA Inter / M.B.A (Finance) / M.Com. · 15 plus years of experience in accounting and finance profile.
