Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and capable of independently handling core accounting tasks using software such as Tally and Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records

• Create and manage sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense records

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records

• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

• Work on GST-related entries and compliance (if applicable)

• Generate financial reports and assist in monthly closing

• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally and Odoo ERP

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Ability to independently handle accounting operations

• Good knowledge of invoicing, purchase management, and bookkeeping

• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply

• Self-driven and responsible

• Good communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
