We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Windfall Gain. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 (based on experience and skills) and opportunities for professional growth.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all company invoices.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Manage bills, payments, and expense records.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure all books of accounts are updated and compliant.
Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for taxation, compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Ensure timely completion of all accounting and financial tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software (such as Tally) and MS Excel.
Smart, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.
Good communication and coordination skills.
