🔹 Role Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and ensuring statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal Entries).

• Prepare and update ledgers, cash book, and bank book.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements regularly.

2. Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare customer invoices accurately on time.

• Maintain records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Assist in GST filing, TDS filing, and monthly tax compliance.

• Prepare data for auditors and coordinate during audits.

• Ensure all statutory documents are properly maintained.

4. Financial Management

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.

• Maintain petty cash and daily expense sheets.

• Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Update management on cash flow, outstanding payments, and account status.

• Maintain proper documentation and file management.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / BBA / Accounting.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and general accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
