Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle Tally / accounting software, GST, TDS and TCS entries.
Prepare sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, quotations and payment follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Assist in GST returns and other statutory compliance.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
