JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accounts using Tally Prime.
Prepare and manage GST-related documents and returns.
Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
Maintain records of payments, receipts, expenses, and transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
Prepare basic financial reports as required.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and records.
Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounts-related work.
Process monthly payroll and employee salaries.
Prepare salary sheets and maintain employee salary records.
Calculate salary, deductions, overtime, incentives, and other salary components.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, and Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Payroll and Salary Processing.
Good understanding of invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
