We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant (preffered candiate location Vasundhara/Indrapuram/Vaishali) to handle day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and basic tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and a strong understanding of accounts handling.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day business transactions, entries, and ledger maintenance.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate sales/purchase invoices, quotations, and manage billing records.
Banking & Requisitions: Handle bank transactions, cash flow management, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
GST & Taxation Support: Assist in basic GST return filing, TDS computations, and maintaining tax records.
Vendor & Customer Ledger Management: Follow up on payments, track receivables, and clear payables.
Audit & Reporting: Prepare monthly/yearly financial summaries, Profit & Loss statements, and support internal audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B.Com, or Graduate in Commerce / Diploma.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic computer operations.
Communication: Good communication and coordination skills.
