Job Description – Accountant
Position: Accountant
Location: 150 Ft Ring Road, Rajkot
Gender: Male
Experience: Minimum 6 to 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce Preferred)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 (Depends on Skill & Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Maintain Sales, Purchase, Journal and Bank Entries.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain the cash book.
Prepare and file GST Returns and handle GST-related documentation.
Generate and manage GST Invoices, E-Way Bills and Tax Documentation.
Maintain ledgers, trial balance and other financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Prepare MIS Reports and other management reports.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and other internal departments.
Handle other accounting and back-office work related to Tally and GST.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Hands-on experience in GST work.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
